-| Track: easy level, approximately 1 hour. Rappelling indicated for beginners
-| Meeting point: Estrada do Mendanha, on the first bus stop under Av. Brasil.
-| Recommendations: 1, 5 l of water, light snack, sneakers and comfortable clothes, insect repellent and sunscreen, bag to collect your garbage, yoke and dispositions because you can be sure that the weariness will be rewarded with incredible view.
